Grammy's Baking Camp is designed for beginning bakers who want to have fun while learning how to bake delicious sweet treats Grammy's style - with lots of love!

Day 1: Cookies Day - Learn kitchen rules/safety guidelines - Tools of the trade - Measuring techniques - Make and bake Chocolate Chip Cookies & Iced Sugar Cookies
​
Day 2: Cupcake Day - learn how to get creative with a box mix while creating Cookies & Cream Cupcakes - Make and bake from scratch white cupcakes with fresh lemon curd filling and raspberry buttercream icing
​
Day 3: Sweet Treats Day -Bake ooey gooey Brownies and create your own Rice Krispie treats with your choice of mixins
Day 4: Quickbreads Day - Make a fresh homemade Banana Bread Loaf and Blueberry Struesel Muffins
​
Students will sample teacher baked goods with lunch provided daily and they will be bringing home all of the delicious treats they bake to share with their families.
​
Not only will student make lasting memories of baking with friends and learning new skills, they will also leave the camp with a set of recipes they have learned, a few basic baking tools, their hat or kerchief and a personalized apron. We hope the camp will inspire them to continue to explore baking at home as well.
